OUR CAPABILITIES

Capabilities you can count on

PRODUCT-READY ENCLOSURE INTEGRATION

We support seamless mechanical integration of customer-supplied or partner-sourced enclosures, ensuring your product looks polished, feels premium, and performs reliably in real-world conditions.

SCALABLE PROTOTYPING TO PRODUCTION

We help you validate and refine your design through pilot builds and small-scale runs, setting the stage for efficient scaling. Our process ensures your prototype transitions smoothly into full production, without costly surprises.

WIRELESS & CONNECTIVITY-READY BUILDS

Our team is experienced in assembling products that rely on wireless protocols like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular. We maintain design integrity and signal reliability throughout assembly and testing, which is critical for connected smart home devices and other next-gen technologies.

REGULATORY-AWARE MANUFACTURING SUPPORT

We understand what it takes to meet consumer-facing compliance standards. From CE to Health Canada to UL, we help prepare your build and documentation to align with the certifications your product needs.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Our consumer electronics manufacturing process

INTRODUCTION & DISCOVERY

We start with a conversation to understand your product, business goals, and technical needs, so we can align early and build the right foundation.

TECHNICAL REVIEW & DOCUMENTATION INTAKE

You provide design files (Gerber, BOM, ODB++, STEP files, etc.), specifications, and compliance requirements. Our team assesses production readiness and flags any gaps that could slow things down later.

SCOPE DEFINITION & FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT

We work with you to define success, including target volumes, timelines, packaging needs, and whether services like repair or refurbishment will be needed over time.

QUOTATION & TIMELINE PROPOSAL

We deliver a detailed quote outlining materials, labor, lead times, and NREs (if applicable), giving you everything you need to make an informed decision.

PROJECT MANAGER ASSIGNMENT & ONBOARDING

Once approved, we assign a dedicated Project or Account Manager to oversee your build, set up communication protocols, and initiate internal planning.

PROTOTYPE OR PILOT BUILD

A small-scale run is produced to test your design under real-world conditions. This ensures we validate form, fit, and function before scaling to full production.

DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURABILITY (DFM) FEEDBACK

After your prototype is built, our team provides collaborative DFM recommendations to improve assembly efficiency, reduce BOM costs, and streamline scaling. This feedback helps ensure your product is optimized for repeatable, high-quality production.

PILOT BUILD REVIEW & NPI ALIGNMENT

Before scaling, we revisit the pilot build with your team to align on technical performance, business goals, and next steps. This collaborative review—often involving both sales and our process teams—acts as a checkpoint, refining the design, confirming readiness, and ensuring both teams are confident in the move to full production.

PRODUCTION PLANNING & SCHEDULING

With DFM updates in place and alignment confirmed, we begin sourcing components, finalize timelines, and schedule your build, providing full transparency and milestone tracking throughout.

MANUFACTURING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Your product is assembled, tested, and inspected at our Calgary facility under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485-certified systems, ensuring full traceability, quality, and compliance every step of the way.

FINAL ASSEMBLY, PACKAGING & DELIVERY

We handle any required enclosure integration, labeling, branding, and packaging—then ship to your fulfillment partner, distribution center, or wherever your product needs to go.

ONGOING SUPPORT, REPAIR & REFURBISHMENT

After launch, we support warranty returns, demo unit recovery, and product lifecycle management through flexible repair and refurbishment services.
