August Electronics assembles, troubleshoots and repairs a wide variety of products designed by our hardware team. They seamlessly handle all the behind-the-scenes details for us, so we can focus on product development, deployment and servicing our customers at oil and gas drilling rigs. In my role, I am responsible for design documentation, product support, and product improvement initiatives. Working with August, I can leverage their expertise to catch and correct errors, identify repair trends, investigate root causes, and propose design improvements, all with very little effort on my part. Thanks to their support, I can accomplish significantly more in my role and my company is more successful because of it.
